maybe you can try home training like YOGA, do SQUAT and so on
多分ヨガのようなホームトレーニングを試したり、スクワットをしたりすることがいいかも？
Ehmm also eat healthy food. I can suggest now is the best season for NABE time 🙂
。。。健康的な食べ物を食べるのもお勧めです。特に今頃は一番美味しいのは鍋かな。：）
